Welcome to Omnicentrale! We are delighted to have you as one of our customers. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) set out the rights and obligations of each party in relation to sales made via our website, which can be accessed at https://www.omnicentrale.com/.

By validating your order on Omnicentrale, you acknowledge having read these Terms and Conditions and accept them without reservation. These GTC constitute a legal contract between you and D-SEVEN, the parent company of omnicentrale.com. We are committed to providing you with clear and accurate information in accordance with European and national legal requirements.


1. Your order on Omnicentrale: How does it work?

1.1. The products

We offer you a wide range of products. Each item is presented with a detailed description of its essential characteristics (size, colour, materials, features). The photographs are intended to be as accurate as possible, but cannot guarantee perfect similarity with the product offered, particularly with regard to colours.

1.2 Availability

Our product offers are valid as long as they are visible on the site and within the limits of available stocks. In the event of unavailability of a product after you have placed your order, we will inform you by as soon as possible. You will then be able to choose a substitute product, obtain a credit note or cancel your order and receive a full refund.

1.3. Prices

The prices of our products are indicated in euros (โ‚ฌ) and include the VAT applicable on the day of the order for sales to consumers located in France, Spain, Italy, Germany and Belgium and in any other European country (VAT of the country of destination in accordance with the EU OSS regime for distance sales). Processing, dispatch, transport and delivery costs are invoiced in addition, unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced on the basis of the rate in force at the time the order is validated.

1.4. Ordering stages

Ordering is simple and secure:

  1. Select your items: Add the products you want to your basket.
  2. Confirm your basket: Check the items, quantities and prices.
  3. Log in or create an account: Log in if you already have an account, or create one if this is your first order. You can also order in guest mode.
  4. Delivery and billing information: Enter or confirm your addresses.
  5. Choice of delivery method: Select the option that suits you best.
  6. Choice of payment method: Select your secure payment method.
  7. Final check and acceptance of the T&Cs: Before confirming, you will be presented with a detailed summary of your order (products, prices, delivery charges, applicable VAT).
  8. Secure payment and confirmation: Your order is validated after payment. An order confirmation e-mail will be sent to you, summarising the details of your purchase. Your purchase confirms your acceptance of the GTCS.

2. Payment methods: simple and secure!

Payment for your purchases is made via secure systems, guaranteeing the confidentiality of your bank details. We accept the following methods of payment:

3. Delivery: Your parcel on its way!

3.1 Delivery zones

We’re happy to deliver our products to France, Spain, Italy, Germany and Belgium. And soon all over Europe!

3.2. Processing and dispatch times

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 working days of payment confirmation, subject to product availability.

3.3. Delivery times and costs

Delivery times vary according to the delivery method chosen and the destination. Delivery costs are calculated and displayed before your order is confirmed.

Note: These times and prices are estimates and are not guaranteed, particularly in the event of force majeure or unforeseen events at the carrier.

3.4. Order tracking

A tracking number will be sent to you by e-mail as soon as your order is dispatched, enabling you to follow the progress of your parcel.

3.5. Receipt of the Order and Delivery Problems

On receipt of your parcel, please check its condition and contents in the presence of the delivery person.

In the event of proven loss of the parcel by the carrier, we will take the necessary steps to return the order to you or refund you once the carrier has confirmed the loss.


4. Right of Withdrawal and Returns: It’s as easy as 1-2-3!

At Omnicentrale, we give you the opportunity to change your mind.

4.1 Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European legislation, you have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

To do this, you must inform us of your decision in writing (e-mail to [email protected] or via our contact form) before the expiry of this period. You can use the standard withdrawal form available in the appendix [or provide a link to the form if separate].

4.2 Return conditions

For the return to be accepted, the product must be returned to us in its original, new, unused, unwashed and unmodified condition, with all labels, packaging, instructions and accessories intact. Any damaged, soiled or incomplete item will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.

4.3. Return costs

You are solely responsible for the cost of returning the item. We recommend that you use a delivery service with tracking and insurance, as we are only responsible for the parcel upon receipt. A parcel lost or damaged during return transport will not be eligible for a refund.

4.4. Reimbursement

After receipt and verification of the condition of the returned product, omnicentrale will refund the price of the product (excluding initial delivery charges) within thirty (30) days by the same means of payment used for the order.

4.5. Items excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

Certain products cannot be returned, in accordance with article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code (transposed into European legislation). These include

7. Force Majeure: When the unforeseen overtakes us

D-SEVEN cannot be held responsible for the non-performance or delay in the performance of its obligations, when this non-performance or delay results from a case of force majeure, as defined by French case law. This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, strikes, riots, wars, computer breakdowns, pandemics and any unforeseeable and insurmountable event.


8. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution: Towards an Amicable Solution

8.1. Applicable law

These GCS are governed by French law.

8.2. Amicable Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we strongly encourage you to contact us first by e-mail at [email protected] in order to find an amicable solution.

8.3. Jurisdiction

In the absence of an amicable agreement or recourse to mediation, any dispute relating to the interpretation, performance or breach of these GTC shall be brought before the competent courts. For disputes with consumers, the competent courts will be those of the place of domicile of the defendant or, at the choice of the plaintiff, the place of actual delivery of the product or the place of performance of the service. For professionals, the competent court will be the Tribunal de Commerce de Lille Mรฉtropole (France).
